This is a problem i've struggled with a bit myself, fortunately I have premium so i've been able to make use of the new monitoring dashboard.
Dear Anonymous, we are also exploring the possibilities of upgrading to Premium Licence, if we could get the information on the "which dashboards being scheduled for refreshes by whom and at what time".
I am not a developer of any Dashboards and I am only maintaining Power BI Gateway Server for On-premises data.
With this context, could you please let me know whether I will be able to get the level of details, I was talking about (in Bold text above), with Premium licence?
The metrics offered by the Premium license is very new, so i have no idea if any new metrics are going to be added soon. What we have right now is the ability to see what is being refresh and which ones are taking up the most time. So right now its not going to provide you with a schedule breakdown, but it will give you an idea of what times of the Day you are having the peaks and which queries are taking up the most resources.
