This is a problem i've struggled with a bit myself, fortunately I have premium so i've been able to make use of the new monitoring dashboard.
Yeah Ross.! We have seen this reference.! But unfortunately we do not have Premium account. We have only Pro licence.! Any inputs for Pro users?
Your Manage Gateways should give you a shortlist of administrators and each connection should have a list of Users with access. I suppose your only next step will be to work with your developers and these lists to audit the refreshes. Each dataset has a history giving you an idea of the refresh times. Thats about the best I can suggest right now.
