Enterprise Gateway Virus Scanner Exclusion

We suspect that the server on which the enterprise gateway is installed is being affected by the virus scanner.

Are there any best practises regarding folder exclusion lists when it comes to the gateway?

    We are also having trouble with this affectint dataset refreshing. Could we have some advice on excluding the Personal Mode gateway from virus scans too.
