Enter a Valid Value Error On Power BI App

Hi Guys,

I am trying to embed a Power Point file on Power BI App which is already published to the PBI service.

I have followed all the steps as shown by Adam Saxton (Guy In a Cube) video at this link

This all starts at minute 3.05 in the above video (where Adam grabs the actual embed url from the power point file) and pastes that on the Navigation tab of the PowerBI App. 

I am doing exactly as shown in the video meaning (copying the whole of the link inside the src=as Adam did in the video and then pasting it.

When I try to do the same as soon as I paste the link on the App Navigation I get error as shown below. When I paste the same in a new tab on my browser the power Point files opens successfully without any error. (This confirms the embed url works fine and opens the power point file online in my web browser).

I have loged on to my Power BI tenant and I have the Power BI Service Administrator rights. I also have the Member level access to the Power Point file saved on our companys sharepoint site and I can go over there and can edit the file as well (I have tested this)

I also have access to the Power BI App that I am trying to update and publish again. 

Could anyone please help why its not accepting the link.

Hi @smjzahid,

In fact, I also refer to adam's video to embed a PPT to my app. (It works well without any issues) 

Anything special on your SharePoint settings?  BTW, you can also check the src link to confirm if your link contains any specific characters.
