Enabling Fabric Trial

Hi,

In one tenant we followed the instructions published here to enable the Fabric trial: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/admin/fabric-switch#Enable%20for%20your%20tenant 

However, what our users see (we enabled only a few for the trial) is this message ("Your organization doesn't currently allow its users to purchase Microsoft Fabric free. Contact your IT admin for more information."):

What can we do?
