Enable code creation to insert -publish on the web (public)

Hi everyone

I have a power bi pro license, I was generating codes to publish on the web (public), but as of today it shows me a message "Contact with the administrator to enable code creation to insert". Ask the administrator and he tells me that the configuration has not changed and that the user is enabled to generate codes. Question should I migrate to power bi premiun or is it a configuration issue?

Thank

Angel

This is the procedure to solve it (I'm the Adminstrator):

  1. In Power BI Services go to Settings
  2. Admin portal
  3. Tenant settings
  4. Under Export and sharing settings go to Publish to Web
  5. Activate Allow existing and new codes
  6. Apply

    Wait 15 min

Now you can generate new embed codes

I think it's a configuration problem

Go to app.powerbi.com

1) Settings
2) Administration portal
3) Sharing and export settings
4) Publish to the Web
5) Allow new and existing codes
6) wait 15 minutes

In the Administration Portal Panel these options do not come out, I suppose one possibility is that only the "Administrator" comes out, the problem is that nobody knows who this administrator could be, all my coworkers use the company mail to Using this tool, we activate a Pro account thinking that it was due to this but neither, I attached a photo of the panel that appears after step 2).

I Have same problem here, my admin portal don't show me nothing more than "capacity config" so I'm not allowed to enable embess codes (even if I'm admin of the proyect).

Help please!

The Power BI Administrator can indeed enable this feature in the Admin Portal. Please be aware of the security issues concerned with Publish to Web!

To find the Power BI Administrator(s) you can go to:

Check which user(s) is/are assigned to that role and contact (one of) them.
