Enable Load For Linked Entity Dataflows

If you disable the load of the linked entities, then the computed entity cannot use the enhanced compute engine so your performance will likely suffer.
Why do you want to disable the linked entity?
My understanding is that if you disable the linked entity, you step down to "Pro features". If your linked entities are enabled, you take advantage of "Premium features".

A very useful YouTube video which explains that the enhanced compute engine is able to take advantage of query folding against a SQL cache:
