Embedding power bi Iframe

Dear All,

I am not able to export the embedded code from Power BI services. We need iframe to integrate it to our customer portal. Can you please suggest how to get it.

Earlier i used to export the html code and embed into the custom portal. Now there is only one option to "embed in Sharepoint Online". And also i am not able to see the report which i need the embedded code under Settings -> Manage Embedded Code

Regards,

Murthy

Hi @Parashivamurthy,

The following scenarios are not currently supported or available with Publish to web:

  1. Reports using row level security.
  2. Reports using Analysis Services Tablular hosted on premises.
  3. Reports shared to you directly or through an organizational content pack.
  4. Reports in a group in which you are not an edit member.
  5. "R" Visuals are not currently supported in Publish to web reports.

Under Admin Portal, admin has the permission to enable or disable "Publish to Web" for entrie organization. So, please contact with your Power BI Admin to check whether he disabled this feature.

Is there any chance for the bilow given scinarios the "Publish to web " option will be enabled in future release? Especially for the Row Level Security.

Hi @GilbertQ

Yes. i am not able to see the publish to web functionality.

Regards,

Murthy

I would then ask your Power BI Admin if they have removed your permissions to use the Publish to Web?

That is possibly the case, now that it can be set per user.
