Embedding power BI to website
Hi,
Im fairly new to the service, but i have a report i would like to eventually publish / embed to a website. I am wondering if report bookmarks still work when the BI is embedded into a website?
I have recently come across bookmarks and theyre really improving the interactivity of my report, but want to check their functionality.

Bookmarks will still work, so don't worry.
please see the link to the Data Stories Gallery below, where you have embedded reports often using a combination of bookmarks and buttons.

What type of embed feature are you mean? 'Publish to web' or 'power bi embedded'? As Mariusz said, both of these features work well with bookmarks. (you can navigation to report pages or copy web URL of report pages and setting them into bookmark)
BTW, you can also take a look at official document of the bookmark to know the limitations to use it:
