Embedding a Power BI Report using Publish to Web (Public)

Hello, 

I have been trying to embed a power bi report on my company's webpage as a public report; however, when I go to File->Embed report-> Publish to web (public) and follow the steps Create an Embed Code and then eventually Publish nothing happens. After clicking publish (pictured below) a loading wheel with the text "Creating Embed Code" appears for a small second until it disappears and no embed code is created. 

I have tried using different web browser (using chrome and edge), but to no avail. Still having the same issue where no embed code is created. I have all relevant settings and have even embedded other reports to a public web page before. Unsure why I am having this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
