Embedding Report in a Portal
Hi all, I'll be deploying a BI report with RLS to all of our users. Currently, the plan is to assign a Power BI Pro license to each user, so they can log in and take advantage of the BI service. ...
Does Power BI Embedded give you additional options?
- For example can I only pass data from my web application to the Power BI report and understand what portion of the report a user has clicked if I'm using Power BI Embedded?
- Or can I use the full Power BI Client APIs? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/javascript/api/overview/powerbi/ without limitation?
- Will using the first option (via Power BI Pro) cause any performance issues?
