Embedding Power BI Report from Government Cloud in SharePoint

I am trying to embed a report from powerbigov.us in a SharePoint page.  I have Clicked the link in Power BI to get the Embed Code. The link uses "https://app.high.powerbigov.us/reportEmbed?reportId=..." the HTML uses " <iframe width="680" height="510" src="https://app.blob.core.windows.net/embed/snapshotEmbedHost.html?embedId=...". 

When I go to SharePoint, I add an Embed web part and paste in the HTML ("<iframe...>iframe"), but when it displays, it says page not found with an HTPP 404 error. I've added app.blob.core.windows.net to the HTML Field Security list as well as app.high.powerbigov.us. 

Any suggestions?

 Unfortunately Power BI Gov customers cannot use the Embed into SharePoint option. From the link below you will see that it has got the following limiations https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-govus-overview Limitations of Power BI US Government Some of the features that are available in the commercial version of the Power BI service are not available in the Power BI service for US Government customers. The Power BI team is actively working on making these features available to US Government customers, and will update this article when these features become available. Embed in SharePoint Online - it is not possible to embed content in SharePoint Online using the Power BI web part.

How hard are they working on this when it still doesn't work nearly half a decade later?

I am not trying to use the Embed with SharePoint web part as this isn't available within the government instance.  Rather, I am trying to embed the HTML code which was provided as the solution for the government instance.  This has worked in the past.
