Embedding Microsot Visio and Power Bi iFrame into Web Application

PLEASE HELP,

When I attempt to embed a Microsoft Visio diagram or a Power Bi report into Confluence Cloud using an iFrame Widget, it will not remove the greay navigation bar even though I have navContentPaneEnabled set to false.

Full code for Visio example:
<iframe src="https://aerlingus.sharepoint.com/sites/LPMOandPCD/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={7aca1786-a1fa-48b1..." width="100%" height="850px" frameborder="0"</iframe>

Another trick to remove the grey bar is to right click-hide all of the tabs except the first one. That will typically remove the nav.

No option to hide in Visio:

That works great for Power Bi and publishing to Power BI Service. However, the nav bar remains in place once you attempt to embed as an iFrame

Ohhh, the Visio tabs. I haven't been able to find anything on how to hide those, perhaps someone else will chime in.
