Embedding App in Teams - audience settings
I'm looking at pros and cons of embedding a Power BI App in Microsoft Teams. The App I will be having will have multiple reports in it where each of these reports will have their own set of audiences. Do the audience settings still apply when the App is viewed in Teams? Or is it the case where everyone with access to the App will be able to see every report when viewed in Teams?
Hi klaudias18
What is applied in Power BI service is also applied in Teams, the only slight difference could be the display of data in Teams may take little longer.

Hi klaudias18
Just as aj1973 said that users without a Power BI license or permission to access the report see a "Content isn't available" message.
And the cross-tenant links aren't supported too.
Here are some other limitations or known issues:
Collaborate with Power BI in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
