Anonymous - we just heard from another customer complaining about this issue. No updates on our end could have triggered this new, annoying behavior. It's even causing them to make incorrect selections because of the sudden/unexpected up/down movement.
orygreg2 Nothing substantial as of yet. We had feedback on the ticket that they are waiting for a response from the product group.
We have also tried all of the suggestions on this thread, and none of them resolve the issue - it is definitely coming from the other end.
