Hello everyone,
I created a report in Power BI Desktop in German, which I then uploaded in Power BI Services. Since I want the report to show english decimal signs and not Germans, and use english abbreviations for million, billion,..., I changed my Power BI Service Language to Englisch. This was advised to me in this forum, since changing the language of Power BI Desktop caused some problems with the data import. When opening the link of the embedded report on my own computer, everything works fine. However, when opening it on another device, German abbreviations and decimal signs are shown. Does someone has a solution for this problem?
Best, Nina
When opening the link on another device which browser language settings "English", the German abbreviations still appear. However, when the person I sent it to changes there Power BI Services language to English too, it works well. But since I want to sent the link to people without a Power BI account, this is not the solution for me.
Hi @Truthahn195
What is your Language Settings ? When you open the link in other device , What language are the other devices' browsers using ? Maybe you can try to modify the language settings on other devices to achieve the desired effect.
Best Regard
