Hello,
We have a report embedded in a third-party application. It displays fine for a few hours, but then all visuals come up with the error icon (circle and cross). Clicking on "more details" provides the error message "ClientError_TokenExpired."
The vendor of the application says it is a data source error, and not specific to their application.
Has anybody seen this before, or know how I would begin to troubleshoot it?
MSSQL data source via On-Prem Data Gateway. Tried database (basic) and Windows auth.
Thanks.

Access token get expired in 60 minutes thus getting this error, you need to update the access token before that and you will be good to go.

Hi,
So, you are saying that the application vendor for the third-party software I am using needs to fix its software so that it detects this error and requests a new access token?
As I have no control over if/when it requests a new token.
These are the only options I have in the application.
Thanks.
Yes, you need to connect to the Application team owner to check the access token policy and get it updated
