Hello Power BI Community,
I have created a power apps Application and i have embedded my Power BI Dashboard Tile in it. Keep in mind i have the Pro license at the moment.
Is it possible to view the embedded Power BI Dashboard as a free license user if i have granted him access to the app and the dashboard, or does he need to have the Pro license as well to view the Embedded Dashboard ?.
Thank you so much in advance.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Reports and dashboards can be added to the Power BI App.
If you want people without a Power BI Pro license to be able to see the contents, unless the app workspace is in Premium capacity, then even free users can see the contents, but not manipulate them.
Refer to:
Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Or you turn the user into a guest user:
You can also use planned invitations to turn accounts of different organizations into guest users, and then pull them into the workspace.

Hi,
You can create Tile in Power bi service first. then go to your app in power apps (click on Insert -> Power BI -> workspace -> Tile -> save )
You can follow these steps to embedded Power BI tile in Power apps.
