I have a paginated report embedded into a page of a Power BI report. When the slicers are changed the matrix on the report changes to reflect the new filtering, but the Chart visual doesn't. The only way I can get the chart visyual to change is to enable the showing of parameters in the paginated visual component and then change the values in there. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you fix it?
Thanks.
, thanks for replying. I've done that and triple checked data types. The tables on the same paginated report respond correctly its just the stacked bar chart. That's why I'm stumped! Have you had paginated charts filter correctly when the paginated report is embedded in a power bi report?
Hi @MarkRPM ,
Please try to mapping paginated report parameters:
You can bind the paginated report parameter to Power BI fields:
a. Drag your Power BI field into the Parameters field in the Visualizations pane.
b. Select this field from the dropdown menu. Select See report.
