Hello,
we want to embed one Power BI report, stored in a shared workspace in our company intranet.
In our company we only have Pro-licensed users, no premium capacity or premium per user.
Target would be, to embed that one report so that any user can view it, also without having Pro license.
I understood, that this is only possible, if:
The underlying report is located in a premium workspace,
or
using Power BI Embedded, but also here premium capacity is necessary,
or
using publish to web, so that anybody in the Internet can see the content without restriction.
Can you confirm or did I miss something?
Thank you

Yes, I can confirm, as far as I know, you've got it exactly right, those are your options.
Hope this helps

Can viewers open report without logging in with Microsoft credentials??
Hi @Anonymous
No, if the Report has been shared through the Power BI service in any way, the viewer needs a Power BI licence, either Pro, PPU or Free (If the Report is on Premium Capacity).
The only time Microsoft credentials are not required is when the Report has been "Published to Web", this allows anonymous access, however the Report is placed on a public webserver that can be discovered by any Internet user, so it's best not used for proprietory information.
see: Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Hope this helps
