Hi,
We have our Power BI reports embaded in Confluence.
For users usin Firefox, when the open the page, after signing in to Power BI service, they are geting only a white page. When they choose to open the raport in a new tab, it works ok after logging in.
We've tried adding page to trusted, added app.powerbi.com as an exception to "Cookies and site data" under "Privacy and security" and also enabled third-part cookies - nothing has helped.
Has anyone experienced this kind of behavior? Any tips?
Best regards,
Katarzyna

Hi @katarzynaH ,
It looks like you've made some attempts by referring to the official documentation, here are some suggestions to help you solve the problem:
1. Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes clearing your browser's cache and cookies can solve display problems.
2. Use F12 in the browser page to check if there is any error message, which can be modified specifically according to the information in the console.
3. Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection can sometimes interfere with embedded content, you can try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong
