Emails sent with the report not being refreshed yet

Hi!

I am currently with a problem in the subscription of a dashboard. I have it set for only sending the emails after the first refresh of the day but it is sending before it finishes refreshing. Is this normal? What can I do to fix this?

Hi @brianavieira ,

A subscription is normally based on a day/time.  I would suggest that you move the subscription time back some so that the email is not sent until after the refresh is completed.  Or, you could move the refresh time forward so that it runs earlier in the day.
