While using Email Subscription functionality in Power BI for sending notification to the end users with selecting the frequency as After Data Refresh (once daily) the mails are expected to be sent once the refresh is completed.But we are observing that the reports are getting mailed instantly as we triggerd the refresh of the Dashboard.

What is the connection mode of your data?
Please check if you have set more than one subscription. To see all subscriptions that you own in a given workspace, start by selecting that workspace to make it active. Then, from the upper right corner of the Power BI service, select Settings > Subscriptions.

I am not sure , this should not be the nature of email subscription , I can't reproduce this at my end
