Email trigger based on refreshed data

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place for a Power Automate/email trigger question.
I have Salesforce linked to a PowerBi report, the report is on a daily refresh which has information about student accommodation. I need to set up an email alert from PowerBi (Not Salesforce) to send the CEO when there's an altercation in one of our locations. So in the example, the CEO would get an email on the 13th April, refresh saying something like:
"There has been an altercation today (13/04/2025) in Newcastle involving Jason and Matt."
Is it possible to have a triggered email from what the tabled data reflects in a refresh?

There is no trigger "when a semantic model refresh has completed". You would need to create your own polling flow to check for the (successful!) completion of the refresh, and then you would run a DAX query against the semantic model and stuff the results into the email.
