Email subscriptions to PBI report
Hello,
When I try and subscribe to a report, I get this error ...
However, the workspace is backed by a premium capacity and I have a pro license. Why am I getting this error?
Hi. If you have a Premium per capacity, you are a pro license user (not trial) and you are creating the subscription just for you and no other user, then I would check the limitations and considerations just in case you are missing something else. Check the list in here:
I hope that helps

Hi Anonymous ,
Have you solved your problem? If so, can you share your solution here and mark the correct answer as a standard answer to help other members find it faster? Thank you very much for your kind cooperation!
If not, here are some more suggestions that I hope will help you.
First, make sure your workspace is in Premium Capacity. In addition, if the report or dashboard is hosted in Premium Capacity, you can subscribe to the report or dashboard for external users; B2B guest users cannot add a subscription for external users.- If you subscribe reports or dashboards for external users, they will receive a sharing notification immediately after selecting Save in the Subscriptions pane. This notification is only sent to external users, not internal users, who need an invitation link to view the report or dashboard.- Premium Per User workspaces are not eligible for Premium Capacity workspaces.- Sharing content with colleagues outside your domain does not require Premium Capacity. For example, if you [email protected], you can share with [email protected], but you cannot subscribe to [email protected] unless the content is hosted in Premium Capacity. If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong
