Email subscription report not displaying all visuals

I have a daily report sent out to our Leadership team and it's been working fine for months. Last week, the gauges below stopped appearing in the emailed report. If you click to go to service or the iphone/ipad app, the gauges are displayed. I've tried duplicating the page, deleting the visuals and re-adding... nothing is working, they still don't appear. 

Any suggestions?

As mentioned by @GilbertQ , the document also mentions:

"Email subscriptions don't support most custom visuals. The one exception is those custom visuals that have been certified."

Maybe you can try to find alternative visuals in the document: Get a Power BI visual certified

Are those Custom Visuals?

I know that they were previously working, but my understanding was that Custom Visuals were not supported in email subscriptions.
