Email subscription after daily refresh when refresh is controlled from DataFactory

Hello!

I have an app that contains dashboards that are based on 2 different datasets

The scheduled refresh is off because the dataset is being refreshed by a flow built in DataFactory

When I create an email subscription that will apply daily after data refresh, it does not work unless the schedue is made within power-bi

Is there any way to overcome this? 

Also, say I want the email subscription to be sent only after 2 datasets have been updated, is that possible? right now it can only consider one dataset
