Email subscription Screenshot Size Changed

I have been running several reports for months with no issues, these reports are for an alarm system to highlight issues and send a subscription email every hour.

It includes a screen shot of the page I need and it has been full screen since I first published and set up the subscriptions. However yesterday for some unknown reason the screenshot is now cropped. I have made no changes to the 12 different reports and yet all have now been cropped.

Any idea of any changes made to the service or how I can change them back to full screen?

Please check Considerations and troubleshooting for reference.If it is not your case,please try to do email subscription again with Google browser to test if the issue still persists.
