Elastic Search as a Source

Hi,

Is it possible for Power BI Service to connect to Elastic Search database which is a NoSQL database with the installation of Elastic Search -ODBC drivers on the gateway server.

Using Power BI desktop it seems that it can be done, but can it be also done using the Power BI Service ??

Hi @ambarishkunte 

You cannot connect to Elastic Search database in Power BI Service directly .You can connect to Elastic Search database in Power BI Desktop ,and then publish the report to service .

Hey @Anonymous a follow up question to know more here,

I understand we can connect in Desktop and can publish it to the Service, But can you please help with the Enterprise Gateway connection options for Elastic Search as we dont have such option to create a data source type as Elastci seach under the gateway cluster?
