Effect of removing a free Power BI license

Hi,

 

What happens if we remove an employee's Power BI (free) license in the tenant? I can't find any documentation on this.

WIthout a license, that individual will be unable to access Power BI anymore.  THis affects their ability to use the tenant in the Service but they can still use the Power BI Desktop tool for free.
