Editing Reports Shared in App Workspace

Hi,

I have some reports shared in App Workspace. The reports has RLS applied to specific users. Now, i want users who are in App Workspace to be able to Edit it but it is not letting me Edit the report. I found in MS documentation that users can only read the report. Can any one help here or suggest alternate solution?

Hi @Naqash27 ,

Based on my test, I am afraid you could not make the RLS applied for your app workspace user and also let them edit your content. If you want the users to achieve the limited dataset, you may share them with content pack:

It could share with the limited content and make the uses have access to the dataset.
