Edit control to specific set of users in Powrerbi Embeded mode

Hi,

Is there any possibility to provide the edit access to certain set of users in PowerBI embeded mode so that users can edit the report without going to Powerbi.com and edit the report at the embeded page itself?Is your answer is Yes please explain?

 if I use Powerbi service instead of embeded (in Azure) and then Provide the Link to both Embeded and PowerBI.com instance then is it possible to edit and see the same content in the Embeded?
