ESRI map analysis tool not available when published to power BI service

ESRI map analysis tool is available in Power BI Desktop:

When the report published to Power BI service, it disappear. Below is the same visual from POwer BI Service:

Has this already been discussed in the forum? Please advise.

When click edit ,it will be available  in Power BI service:
