ERROR: on-premises data gateway : temporary user

Hi! I am with a problem with "on-premises data gateway" He installed "on-premises data gateway" when I want to restore the previous configuration or create a new connection, the "temporary user" error returns. I tried another Power BI user and it returned the same error. Uninstall and provide several times and do not install, with different Windows users with administrator profile. I have already read the post and perform the steps indicated, but I failed to solve it.
In my description of the problem I indicated that I installed - uninstalled and reinstalled it, with the same windows user and with a different one too. all with windows administrator profile. I also tried to configure it with users other than power bi pro, and I couldn't. Could you help me?
