ERROR FOR SHARE REPORT PBI

Hi all, My account PBI is Premium, but all report I share for account can't see, PBI want them upgrace to Pro to see, any one know how? Please help me.

    Hi SonLeThai 

    Is the content you share with these users created inside Premium workspace? Only content in Premium workspace can be shared to free users. If it's just a standard workspace, then users need a Pro license to access the content.
