Dynamics 365 CRM - Historical data

Hi everyone,

we use Dynamics 365 CRM and we create reports on data that we pull from the CRM. We would like to backup the data for historical reporting since the data isn't stored in the CRM.

Any suggestions on how we could create a database where the data gets saved for historical reporting needs ?
