Dynamic per recipient - Preview / General availability?

Hi,  I bought the Power BI preimium to get a hold of the "Dynamic per recipient" functionality, as expailned here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/power-bi-dynamic-repo...

    Thank you for your reply, as mentioned in the documentation, Power BI Premium capacity and Power Bi Premium per-user are two different concepts. You can check the following documents
    Power BI Premium Per User - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
    What is Power BI Premium? - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
    In the screenshot you provided, you need to make sure that one of these two options is available. This will ensure that you can use this feature

This just another paywall option. Many of us just don't need the "Capacity" subscriptions. Too, Expensive and very little return for our money
