Dynamic User Access in Power BI App
Hi. It's not all dynamic. You can create the app and configure audiences or OrgGroups apps to share with a security group. Then you can just add people to the security group in order to make the most dynamic configuration as possible. However, delimiting which reports should be seen by which group and adding people to the group is a manual job.
You can use audiences at Power Bi Apps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps
If you are using Fabric Capacity you have a second alternative that is Org Apps: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-org-apps-with-multiple-audiences-now-generally-available/
