Dynamic Subscriptions with Premium Per User licencing

Hello,

Are dynamic subscriptions a Premium Capacity feature or should it be available to Premium Per User licences too?

I have a Premium Per User licence but do not get this option when setting up a subscription and I wanted to know if this was the reason?

Hi. In the announcements they stablished that you need the report to be backed up in a dedicated capacity (premium, embedded, fabric).
