Hello everyone,
I have tried sending dynamic subscriptions for my paginated report and have encountered the following issues:
please help me with this.
1) Single code selection for Multiple mail IDs
I am unable to send the same code to multiple email addresses. Due to the limitation of 50 rows, I need to add more rows since I need to send subscriptions for almost 1200 selections to 1200 different email addresses. Can anyone help me with this?
I attempted to add these email addresses in a single cell under the Mail_Id column, but it didn't work: abc@xyz.com; bcd@xyz.com; gdf@xyz.com.
2) Not sending Subscription to a few mail IDs
When sending subscriptions to multiple email addresses, suppose I have 10 codes for 10 different email addresses, but the subscription is only being sent to 4-5 of the email addresses and not the remaining ones. This seems unusual to me, and I haven't found a solution after searching. Please help me with this issue as well.
I have referred to the following table for the same
User | Mail_Id | Codes | Group name |
abc | abc@xyz.com | abc01 | IN1 |
bcd | bcd@xyz.com | bcd01 | IN2 |
gdf | gdf@xyz.com | gdf03 | IN3 |

Hi @Shreenath1995 ,
Hope everything is going well.
Let us solve each of your questions step by step:
1) Single code selection for Multiple mail IDs
This is a known limitation:
During the Preview of dynamic per recipient subscriptions, your recipient semantic model has a limit of 50 rows of recipients. If the recipient list exceeds 50 rows at any point, only the first 50 recipients receive the subscription email, and the subscription creator receives an error email.
As an alternative, if you can group your recipients logically, consider using a distribution group email address for your subscription.
2) Not sending Subscription to a few mail IDs
First you can check whether the email address that has not received the subscription is valid and can receive emails.
Make sure all recipients have the necessary access permissions to view the report. Even if they receive the email, they will not be able to view the report without the appropriate permissions.
Check whether the email is being filtered into the recipient is Junk or Spam folder.
Rendering reports consumes some capacity. Ensure your capacity is not being exceeded during the distribution process.

I am creating "dynamic per subscription" with mentioning multiple receipents with semicolon separation and scheduling to send the automated email. But emails are receiving individually and email having "To" is showing only receiver email address( receipient) not all the receipients email addresses. How to show all receipients email addresses in "To" list option of each email.
@Srikanthvangala , have you considered using a distribution list and adding recipients to it?

Yes, distrbution list also having multiple email addresses separated with semicolon.
Even i have manually entered multiple email addresses with semicolon also. But whatever email received showing only my email address.
Ex: I have mentioned 2 email address in Receipient option i.e my email address and my friend email address and subscription ran successfully. Bu whatever email i received showing only my email addresses in the "To" but not my friend email address. I want to show both email addresses which i receive and my friend receives.
Any update from any one please.
