Dynamic Subscription for Paginated Reports
Hello,
I have a paginated report with dynamic subscription. In my dataset, I have six rows data and when I manually triggered a subscription, it sends me a dynamic email six times, with same emails.
How can I make PowerBI send just one dynamic email?

You can verify the subscription configuration. Ensure that the dynamic subscription is configured correctly. Each recipient should be mapped to a unique set of filter values or parameters. Review the settings for dynamic subscriptions, keeping an eye on specified recipient data and filter values. Check your duplicate data. Since you mentioned that the dataset contains six rows, and you received six emails, the issue may be related to how the subscription logic interprets the dataset. Ensure that the dataset used for dynamic subscriptions does not contain duplicate entries or filter values for recipient email addresses that can cause multiple emails to be triggered as separate subscriptions.
Check the frequency settings for your subscription. If you set it to daily and you click Run Now for your subscription, the email will be sent regardless of the frequency setting. Here are links to related questions:
