Hello,
I have a report in which I apply DRLW with a configuration similar to this one: https://radacad.com/dynamic-row-level-security-with-organizational-hierarchy-power-bi where I am filtering access to information by user, showing your information and your team if you're a manager and showing only yours if you're not. The user list is very long.
My question is: once the part in Power BI desktop is done, I should go to Power BI service and configure the dataset, in the security section, the list of users to whom this DRLS configuration applies.
However, the list of users is very long with continuous changes, so it is impossible to maintain it. Is there any other way to do it? Perhaps with a group that includes all users like suggested here: https://community.spiceworks.com/t/office365-all-users-distribution-group/1009891?
Thanks,
Nadia

Ask an Admin in Azure to create a security group (or groups) and add the users there. Then add the security group to the Settings in the workspace. This is better for auditing and goverance.
