Hi @AhmedTh32
According to your description, you can configure refresh to fulfill your needs. After configuring refresh for the data source, the data can be automatically triggered to update according to the refresh frequency setting without manual operation. Please refer to the following steps for specific operation.
1. If your data source is local, then you need to configure the gateway, you can refer to the following documents:
What is an on-premises data gateway? | Microsoft Learn
Install an on-premises data gateway | Microsoft Learn
2. If your data source is in the cloud, you can configure refresh without installing gateway:
Connect to cloud data sources in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Create and share cloud data sources in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Manage connections and gateway:
3. After installing and configuring the gateway, you also need to add the relevant data source on the Power BI Service, as well as your semantic model and the gateway to map, specifically refer to the following documents:
Manage SQL Server Analysis Services data sources - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Manage a SQL Server data source - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Manage your data source - import and scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Add the relevant data source
Semantic model and Gateway Mapping:
4. After ensuring that the semantic model is manually refreshed, you can configure scheduled refresh to automatically refresh the model according to the time setting.
Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Fen Ling,

@AhmedTh32 Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882
Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
What I want is to have a sample data that is continuously updating. Can I create a dashboard where the data changes automatically?
