Duration PowerPoint refesh with PowerBI Tiles Pro Desktop

Hi,

 

We made a PowerPoint that shows information from Power BI. This information we added by the add-on 'PowerBI Tiles Pro Desktop'.

Only it takes a long time to refresh.

- Every dia needs 50 seconds to refresh and show.

- also every dia runs after each other, not together.

 

Is there an option to run every dia together? Or to increase some duration?

    Anonymous Seems like you would want to talk to the manufacturer.

    I did not find any information about the refresh setting of this feature.
