Duplicates data sources in gateway clusters

It is because you haven't given datasource rights to that user, go to manage gateway --> select that data source --> follow the image, will be helpful

Even if you give the user administrator role, you still need to add the user to the Users in Excel-Historical P&L datasource, then he can use the data source to publish reports.

Select Manage gateways -> Excel-Historical P&L -> Users.
