Duplicate reports while publishing in production

Hello wonderful community,

I have published my pbix file into PBI service named "XYZ_SC_Production". Once published into the service,I have observed duplicate report named "SC_production" along with the orginal one. The duplicate copy shows all the visuals where as the original report have some visuals missing. Both reports are connected to the same datasource.
I have deleted the dupicate copy, the isuals missing in the original copy came back to its place but can't rely on this solution.

Help me please !

We have deleted the copy which was connected to live data and published a new report with import mode. Since we did not see options working ways to get rid of duplicate copy, we used this as a last option.

check on the test and development enviroment workspace and ensure that you dont have the report there created, probably its coming from the test workspace. delete it in both workspace and that should do it.

Stefano,
Thanks for the quick response.
I have published from the Power BI desktop into the production. I am unsure how the report in development environment can impact the report in production.
