Duplicate reports while publishing in production

Hello wonderful community,  I have published my pbix file into PBI service named "XYZ_SC_Production". Once published into the service,I have observed duplicate report named "SC_production" along...
Need Help

check on the test and development enviroment workspace and ensure that you dont have the report there created, probably its coming from the test workspace. delete it in both workspace and that should do it.

Thanks for the quick response.
I have published from the Power BI desktop into the production. I am unsure how the report in development environment can impact the report in production.
