Dropdown list to change value in a formula
Hi,
I have a formula which shows the % of people who worked 85% or more of their scheduled time.
I would like the Dashboard viewer to be able to change the 85% to a number of their choosing.
Is this possible?
Thanks for uploading.
Not a calculated column in this case, just replace the [in full] measure from
In Full = COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( OTIF, OTIF[InFull] = "In Full" ) )
to
In Full = COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( OTIF, [ActualMinutes]>=[ScheduledMinutes]*[targetPerc]) )
Please compare the [In Full]&[In Full%] and [In Full2]&[In Full 2 %] in the attachment. Download it by clicking here.
If it answers you question, please accept it as solution. For more questions, feel free to let me know.

You can use dynamic pages an pin to the dashboard. The Page can contain a slicer with 75%-80%-85% etc... it should work.

What is your formula like? No solution but I can think of a workaround.
Just create a table with one column valuing 75%,80%,85% etc. And apply the column to a slicer. Then create another measure, you can apply this measure in your formula to determine the percent.
targetPerc = LASTNONBLANK(perc[Perc],0.85)

Hi,
My formula is a calculated column -> InFull = IF([ActualMinutes]<[ScheduledMinutes]*.85,"Not In Full","In Full")
I have added a new table called Target % with one column of values and a slicer.
Can you help me out with the measure I need?

Why a calculated column? Can you use a measure? Please be more specific on your case. Could you show me the sample data and expected output?
