Hi Niel

You saying it works in the desktop and the browser or not in the browser, or in a specific browser?  what visuals are you using?

Hi @vanessafvg,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes it is working on the desktop version, but not in the PowerBi Service. I've tried with Edge and Chrome. I also had a look at a version saved a few months back and the highlight is no longer working for that report also.
The value selection is in table visual and for the highlight drill button is a blank button with an image uploaded to the fill part.
Hope the above makes more sense?

Kind Regards,

Niel

if you aren't able to share Niel you can also maybe look through here to see if there is anything that resonates   https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues but in order to recreate the issue you would need to share your pbix as nothing obvious comes to mind

dankie!

Hi @vanessafvg
Many thanks for your reply. Please let me know if you can access pbix file .
I reacreated the issues with mock up data and set the fill default colour to "#FFFF07".
So in Desktop selecting a value in the table activates the "#FFFF07" colour on the button. However, in the service it is not working.

Dankie 😁

Rgds,

Niel

I requested access.

Hi Niel unfortunately I am unable to create the issue as it works absolutely fine in  my power bi service in Edge.   I am assuming you have published this dummy report to your service and it does not work in yours?

What type of license do you have?  Is this in a workspace or your personal workspace?   You might have to log a support issue with Microsoft.

Hi @vanessafvg
Yes, that is correct. Published to a workspaces in my org domain and customer domain and not working in either of them.
I have a Power BI Pro license.
Ok thanks, let me log a ticket with MS.

Thank you for your time to help.
Best Regards,

Niel

yep i think best to go that route, something is definitely off.  but can't tell you what it is as the issue doesn't happen on my side.
