Drill down doesn' t work for all levels to specific users

Hello, guys.

I came up with something pretty weird. I created a report and shared it on the PBI service. There is a matrix chart where I drill down sales at 2 levels. From brand to brand line and finally to the product name. Everything works fine, but there is one user that can drill down sales at the first level (brand line), but not to the second. Had a search and tried many things, but achieved nothing. Any idea what goes wrong?

Is there an OLS active? That would limit the column product?

Thats odd. OLS is the only thing i can thing about that could make sense. There could some other bug happening. Is it in Power BI Desktop or Power BI service?
